Parcels are sent using carbon neutral parcel delivery by Australia Post. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped.
I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order. Please double check your details when placing your order.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Flat rate Standard Shipping at $9.95 per order / FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100.
Standard shipping includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage.
For orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping, insurance coverage to the full value of your parcel is also included at no extra cost.
Please contact me if you would like your parcel sent via Express Post, let me know the items you are after and I can calculate a shipping charge for you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once posted - parcels sent via Standard Shipping usually take around 5 - 12 business days to arrive within Australia.

I have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to contact me regarding a return from when you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at marigoldandbee@gmail.com.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
You can always contact me with any question regarding returns at marigoldandbee@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders / made to order / or personalised items)
