RETURNS

This store has a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to contact me regarding a return from when you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. I will happily refund the product cost in these circumstances. Skeins of yarn cannot be returned if they have been wound into a ball.  

To start a return, you can contact me at marigoldandbee@gmail.com - please provide your order number and details on what you would like to return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, I’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please include your contact details (including your phone number, email address and delivery address) with your return. I cannot be liable for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail and so recommend making sure your return parcel is sent with insurance coverage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
