Marigold & Bee is an online yarn and fibre supply store, located in East Fremantle, Western Australia. 

I know you are keen to get started on your latest project and aim to ship your order as soon as possible after receiving it.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped. 

I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order. Please double check your details when placing your order.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Parcels are sent using carbon neutral parcel delivery by Australia Post.

Flat rate Standard Shipping at $9.95 per order

and

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100

Standard shipping includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage. 

For orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping, I also include insurance coverage to the full value of your parcel at no extra cost. 

Please contact me if you would like your parcel sent via Express Post, let me know the items you are after and I can calculate a shipping charge for you.

 

DELIVERY TIMES
Once posted - parcels sent via Standard Shipping usually take around 5 - 12 business days to arrive within Australia (3 - 9 business days within Western Australia).

These delivery times are guidelines only and shipping may take longer in peak periods.

 

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. To start a return, you can contact me at marigoldandbee@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at marigoldandbee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
